We are excited to have you meet with our non-profit program partners, San Joaquin Community Foundation .
Delta Association of REALTORS, in collaboration with California Association of REALTORS Housing Affordability Fund (C.A.R. HAF), and San Joaquin Community Foundation, brings a grant program to assist low-to-moderate income 1st time home-buyers purchasing in Contra Costa or San Joaquin County for up to $5,000 towards closing cost assistance.
Learn all about the program details & application process at the Program Launch Reception at 11 am held at Delta Association of REALTORS Conference Center. Light appetizers will be served. Introductions and LIVE Program Launch at 11:30 am.
