The Delta Association of REALTORS® (D.A.R) is a non-profit organization that serves more than 900 REALTOR® and Affiliate members. D.A.R. is affiliated with the California Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®, and works to provide our members with the tools they need to remain successful.
Delta Association of REALTORS® promotes professionalism, advocacy, community, and success of its members.
The purpose of the Delta Housing Affordability Fund is to increase housing affordability for qualifying, first-time homebuyers by providing closing cost assistance. Our mission is to reduce the financial burden of purchasing a home and bridge the affordability gap for those who may not otherwise qualify. This new program will support Delta Association of REALTORS®’s request for funds and grant application submission to the California Association of REALTORS®’s Housing Affordability Fund (HAF).
