DESCRIPTION:Coming off from 2 weeks of Legislative Meetings in Sacramento and Washington\, D.C.\, our 2023 California Association of REALTORS® President\, Jennifer Branchini and your 2023 Delta Association Leadership Team reports back to you on proposed legislation affecting our region\, property taxes\, property insurance\, and proposal to Governor Newsom to restore & increase funds for California’s “Dream for All” Equity Share homeownership program. \nAt this annual membership meeting\, you will also have the opportunity to get a mid-year update from your 2023 Delta Association Leadership Team on the direction we have been working on since Nov. 2022 to bring our members monthly educational sessions on marketing strategies & trends\, lead generation and updates from local government officials.  A couple of new & exciting committees and projects have to do with Diversity and Fair Housing\, as these two go hand-in-hand. Delta Association has been working hard on partnering with the right community service organizations to apply for a grant offered by California Association of REALTORS® Housing Affordability Fund (HAF) to create a closing cost assistance program. \nMust REGISTER to attend.
