County Covid-19 regs supersede fed’s “essential services” privileges

The federal government released a new list of “essential services” that now includes residential/commercial real estate and settlement services. However, Bay Area Counties, including Alameda and Contra Costa, have not adopted the federal amendment and more stringent restrictions remain in place. Delta AOR is actively working to reach a workable solution with local counties, you must continue to adhere to the County restrictions: this includes NO OPEN HOUSES & NO IN-PERSON SHOWINGS. Please conduct in-person business via virtual technology. Click on Counties to learn more: Alameda County | Contra Costa County
